High-Speed Guillotine pro-tec 115, 137

TThe pro-tec 115 and 137 guillotine paper cutters offer excellent functionality and 100% CIP3 (PPF) and CIP4 (JDF) compatibility. Data can be read offline via USB interface or online via Ethernet interface. Conversion to a cutting program is done fully-automatically. Since 1995, Wohlenberg guillotine paper cutters have been CIP3-compatible and have provided state-of-the-art PC technology.

The basic principle of the control is a manual input via a key pad and a touch screen. The operating direction, and therefore also the alignment and the order of the elements and input fields, go from right to left, specified by the order of the key pad. The distance between the screen and control are kept short for the user and are logical; there are few image changes. Only currently relevant and executable actions are displayed. All actions are shown on the screen in a visually comprehensible manner.

Clamp bar stop function

Automatic brief stop of clamp bar above product after each cut. Time optimisation of the entire cutting process. Increase of productivity by up to 15%.

Programmable clamp pressure

No manual wheel required any longer for pre-setting of clamp pressure. Clamp pressure is determined in control menu.

Automatic clamp pressure adjustment

The clamp pressure is automatically set according the cutting material size.

Automatic safety knife change from the front

Instructions on the display assist the operator during knife-change. The knife change protection device provides highest safety standard for the machine operator. No knife's chipping during knife-change. New positive-fit knife support above eccentric bolt.

Adjusting spindle with fine thread

Knife adjustment from the front. By means of an adjusting spindle knife grind can precisely be compensated.

Central lubrication

All greasing points of the machine are centrally supplied. Easy to maintain and to operate. No chance that greasing points are missed out.

Safety engineering

The cut is actuated by a two-hand guard start. The downward movement of the knife is immediately stopped when one of the buttons is no longer pressed. The self-control safety light barrier operates fullyelectronically and is maintenancefree. It is constantly active and subject to a check before each cut. The mechanical safety bolt is an additional feature against doublecycling of the knife. All machine functions are permanently monitored. Malfunctions are shown on the display.
