Unloaders

Baumann unloaders work at high speed, with precision and are highly reliable. The design is very innovative (especially the principle of controlled axis), material and finish are of high quality. A user friendly control offers the opportunity to influence all relevant parameters to achieve optimum restacking results.

The operator can influence all relevant data prior to or during the process:

• Feed in/correct format-lengths
• Determine the distance between table and pile
• Correction of the restacked layer
• Turn on/off table air and determine its blowing strength
• Determine the speed with which the table is pulled out from under the product
• Determine the number of layers on the pile

Baumann unloaders type BA are especially made for pile heights up to 1,400 mm; types BA N are designed for pile heights up to 1,100 mm. Five variations (BA 3, 5, 6, 7, 10) are available for the different sheet formats.

The specially designed BA F unloader enables you to restack up to 4 piles onto 4 different pallets fully automatically. The BA F restacks single-cuts from colective sheets perfectly precisely.
