Semi-Automatic Joggers

Baumann offers two styles of automatic jogger. The general differences are discussed below. For specific technical data, please request a Spec Sheet from the Disgraf sales department.

BSB – All Baumann automatic joggers consist of a stable support, in which the table's up and down movements are solidly guided (no wires are used for stabilization). The table of the automatic jogger is designed as an air-table with stainless steel surface for all joggers with pneumatically tiltable side-gauge. The jogging tables goes automatically into its inclined jogging position and back to working height. Adjustable right or left lay.

BSB L – All automatic joggers model "L" are additionally equipped with a pneumatically driven air-expulsion roller with integrated clamping device. The speed of the air-expulsion roller can be varied to suit different materials. Dual adjustment of the vibrating intensity is possible (power and frequency). One or two cycles of the air-expulsion roller can be selected. The table-top is covered with stainless steel V2A. An integrated scale counter can be added. A dividing board for small formats is also available. Baumann joggers can be connected to Baumann transport gripper systems.
